It's not by chance that the area it's famous for the wine and extra olive oil production.

The excellent red wines and extra-virgin olive oil are produced on the Farm where all phases of production take place. The Family has always produced oil and wine for its own consumption and with the expansion of the Farm and the advent of new techniques this production expanded sufficiently to allow for direct sales to all those who enjoy the decisive flavours of this land.
Our Olive Oil
Made from the first cold pressing our oil is a yellow/green colour with a decisive, intense flavour, ideal for salads and dressing raw vegetables, excellent for cooking or for pouring over dishes as it is.

It is particularly suitable for use in the diet not just on account of its aroma and flavour but also on account of its properties, inasmuch as produced by the mere pressing of the olives, without any further chemical or physical manipulation.
